About Our Role

We have an opportunity for a corporate receptionist with great customer service and administration skills to join our busy office environment on a full-time permanent basis. Supporting the whole office, our owners and 3rd parties; this role is the first point of contact for callers and visitors to our Gold Coast office. Our reception hours are divided into 2 shifts to cover the hours of 08:30am to 5:30pm and this role sits alongside and works with another receptionist. Day-to-day the role involves:

  • Answering a high volume of calls on a daily basis
  • Managing and maintaining the meeting rooms so they are suitably set up with the necessary technical equipment and refreshments
  • Ordering stationery for the whole office
  • Managing search requests for the office and agents when they visit in person
  • Taking care of any office maintenance which will involve interacting and managing our external suppliers.

About You

  • You are a highly capable individual who is well-presented, well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
  • You pride yourself on delivering a high quality and positive customer experience.
  • You have worked in a similar role prior on reception with some administration experience and understand the need to handle multiple calls and prioritise your other work accordingly.
  • You have a 'can-do', positive attitude and are proactive and ask questions when needed to get the job done.
  • You like the energy and pace of a corporate reception environment and can handle difficult calls in a mature and professional manner.
  • Sound experience and ability to use MS Office including the confidence to work with templates is a must.
  • A medium and accurate typing speed with a high level of accuracy would be highly regarded.
