About Our Role
- Quote Requests – review and gather quote requests from contractors in a timely manner for Community Managers, prioritising urgent cases
- Work Orders – Send, track, and close work orders in a timely manner
- Repeating Work – maintain scheduled works, action and update periodic works as per customer and Community manager requests
- Build strong working relationships with contractors - ensuring tiered SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are met
- Action and update work requests from Customers/Community Managers
- Maintaining accurate and updated information in Dynamics system
- Arrange annual ESM Inspections and notify Managers of any defects
- Arrange compliance reports (i.e. OH&S & Asbestos)
- Provide ad hoc support to the Repairs & Maintenance team as required
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role (strata or property)
- Understanding of Body Corporate/Strata & FM Legislation (NSW) and related regulations highly desired
- Gain/hold a Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Proficient in Dynamics or similar systems for order documentation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
