What You’ll Be Doing
Like the conductor of an orchestra, you will:
- Manage key clients and be their hero.
- Engage with clients that require a bit more and establish long-term client relationships build on trust and excellence.
- Collaborate with our specialist teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meeting - agendas, budgets, minutes and all other activities for the clients in your care.
- Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.
What You’ll Bring

- A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle to travel to meetings (ATO rate reimbursement)
- Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to keep learning
