As a Repairs & Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating end-to-end maintenance tasks, liaising with contractors, and ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and problem-solving abilities make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

Like a maestro orchestrating harmony, you will:

  • Manage and control work orders and quote requests from start to finish
  • Source, compile, and follow up contractor quotes within set timeframes
  • Issue and monitor work orders, ensuring urgent requests are handled promptly
  • Review quotes for accuracy, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain scheduled works and periodic maintenance tasks
  • Communicate professionally with contractors, customers, and on-site contacts
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and understand our building network
  • Arrange compliance reports and annual inspections
  • Keep systems updated and ensure all communications are centrally recorded
  • Respond to calls and emails with speed and care

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in property maintenance or strata industry (highly desired)
  • Certificate of Registration (if based in NSW)
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Dynamics
  • Ability to read plans of subdivisions
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • A compassionate, solutions-focused attitude
