As a Repairs & Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating end-to-end maintenance tasks, liaising with contractors, and ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and problem-solving abilities make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
Like a maestro orchestrating harmony, you will:
- Manage and control work orders and quote requests from start to finish
- Source, compile, and follow up contractor quotes within set timeframes
- Issue and monitor work orders, ensuring urgent requests are handled promptly
- Review quotes for accuracy, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain scheduled works and periodic maintenance tasks
- Communicate professionally with contractors, customers, and on-site contacts
- Build strong relationships with contractors and understand our building network
- Arrange compliance reports and annual inspections
- Keep systems updated and ensure all communications are centrally recorded
- Respond to calls and emails with speed and care
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in property maintenance or strata industry (highly desired)
- Certificate of Registration (if based in NSW)
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Dynamics
- Ability to read plans of subdivisions
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and a hands-on approach
